In the beginning of February, Zachary and I headed to Nashville to see one of my very best friends, Victoria, & her husband, our newest best friend, Grayson. Apart from being the most adorable, head over heels couples we have had the privilege of knowing, they are also two of the most creative.
Victoria's medium of choice is oil paint.
(And is excellent at every other artistic venture she attempts.)
I can remember being a senior in high school and seeing Victoria's beautiful, blush flower she painted on a huge canvas. The beautiful gradient of light to darks. The intricate brush strokes that created the petals and stamen. I've been following her work closely ever since.
Here are her pieces she had on display, though I don't think these photos capture anything even close to how beautiful they truly are.

Her work is wonderful! I can't imagine how it must feel to see your work in a real gallery, I'm sure it meant the world to her that you traveled to see it.
