I'm sane, right? //:

You're going to read this post and think "Wow, this crazy lady doesn't know what she wants in life at all..." but you're wrong! (I think.) I know exactly what I want to do. I'm somewhere in-between photographer, painter, lactation consultant, nutritionist, homesteader and mini organic farmer (Like... back yard size.), natural momma small business owner, traveler,  fashionista, and yoga instructor. Can you have ten careers? Is that a thing? Well, maybe it could be. All wrapped up in my own little Rosie package.
I have this new dream, you see, to open my own little shop that offers:
services for mamas like: fashions, fresh local organic foods I've grown myself, recipe books, lactation consulting, maternal yoga classes, baby shower invites designed in house or in collaboration with hosts, natural ailment remedies, maternity, birth, & new born photo sessions, organic pre-washed cloth diapers and baby slings all made in shop.
I would love to host small natural mama groups that can offer support in a world that considers home birth and breast feeding gross or primitive. Well, you can thank those gross and primitive ways for the survival of the human race! I am fascinated by the idea of an all natural motherhood. From breast feeding to baby wearing, cloth diapering to organic fresh made food that you can feed your whole family!

%100 fresh.
%100 real.
%100 natural.
%100 affordable.

Everyone in my family thinks I'm crazy or weird.

  1. I don't think you're sane. I think you're a genius. We need more people like you in this world. You sound like you have a lot of talent and a very creative, strong mind. :)

    1. Thank you so much! Your kind words are appreciated! I'm excited to be an advocate for a more natural lifestyle and helping women who feel the same. Now here's to the next four years of schooling in between my dream and me!

  2. Sometimes it's very hard to put into words who we are and what me want like this. You've done an amazing job, you've got me hooked. I'm excited to see your journey :)

    1. Believe me, it hasn't ben easy! I felt like I had all these small passions that I enjoyed, but had no idea (and may still have no idea, we'll see! haha) how to weave into a some kind of career that will keep me (and my cats) from starving to death! haha Happy to have someone to share with!

    1. I sure hope so!! I've been hooked on natural and organic eating, natural parent hood, and basically finding my niche in day to day living. To be honest, I have been terrified of settling and going to school for something just because I knew there would be a guaranteed job after graduation! How droll to settle for a job just because it's safe. Your courage has been so inspiring to me! Stepping out and creating a lively hood out of something you are truly passionate, not to mention talented, about! Thank you so much, Katie! I wish you well in yours as well, I'll be following of course! ;)
